Tasks:
- Provide prompt and professional support across various platforms (chat, email, phone), ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support throughout the whole process;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.
requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1/C2);
- Very good level of English (B2/C1);
- Customer related experience;
- Availability to work at office location in Gdansk, Poland;
- Availability to work on shifts.
