Aufgaben
-
Lead and develop a team of Quality Analysts supporting sales programs across multiple lines of business.

Ensure accurate evaluation of sales transactions and deliver clear insights to improve performance.
-
Partner with business leaders to implement action plans and drive process improvements.
-
Monitor team metrics, audits, and compliance with quality standards.
-
Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
Profil
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
-
3+ years of Quality Management experience in a BPO/outsourcing company, preferably in Sales.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Excellent English skills (C1, written & spoken).
-
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with proven success in managing Quality teams.

Proficiency in MS Office and Quality Management tools.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Berlin (no remote/hybrid).
